About the book
Ophelia’s sister has disappeared, and to get her back Ophelia enters Phantasma, a deadly competition held in a haunted mansion. There are nine challenges, and the prize is a single wish.
A stranger called Blackwell offers to help her through the game, but his price is ten years of her life. Ophelia has to decide how much she is willing to pay, and who she can trust in a house where nothing is what it seems.
The book is gothic, eerie and full of riddles.

My thoughts
I listened to the audiobook, and the atmosphere is what makes it. A haunted house with a competition inside is a simple idea, but it keeps on surprising you.
